Parent and infants are invited to relax at weekly sound session, approximately 25-30 minutes of sound therapy time, plus meditation and social time.Selected sound therapeutic instruments will be played at appropriate decibel levels to aid in nurturing the babies sleeping patterns and helping the parent to relax. The gentle vibrations and sounds of instruments like singing bowls and gongs can help both the mother and baby settle into a relaxed or sleep-like state and encouraging bonding.
