• Consent culture (your “yes” matters, your “no” is holy, your “maybe” is a no)

1) Fly on the Wall Puja (30 min)
A guided inquiry into:

• What does pleasure mean to you?
• What helps pleasure bloom (needs/desires/dreams)?
• What does love mean / look like to you?

2) Boundaries + Consent (10 min)
We’ll play with clean “no,” confident “yes,” and empowered choice:

• “Fuck yes / Fuck no / Maybe = no”
• You can change your mind at any time
• “I Notice” game
• Energy boundary game

3) Truth or Dare: Spin the Bottle (20 min)

• Two groups of 15
• Spin the bottle, offer a playful prompt
• Boundary check-ins built in
• Keep it PG-13 fun (flirty, not explicit)

4) Nourishment Pods (30 min)
Small groups (2–4) practicing:

Asking for what you want

Receiving inside a celebratory space (no pressure, ever)

Learning to collaborate with care

Dress code / structure: be yourself! sexy, casual.. cute - I'll be in full Sexy Teacher mode - so follow byour own bliss.
