The playful body - Creative movement experience

In this unique course at Verbindungsraum, you’re invited to let your inner child go wild in a playful movement experience.

Look forward to let your body express itself in new ways within exercises inspired by theater and dance. This course will help you arrive in the present moment and experience the joy of creative movement.

The course includes:

• Embodied exercises to feel alive and centered in your body
• Inspiring impulses to spark your creativity and imagination through movement
• Fun group games to help you embrace "mistakes" in new ways

Express yourself freely in a non-judgmental space, find inspiration in a co-creative process, and connect with yourself and others.
Sports can be creative, too!

About Kathi:
Kathi is a theatre therapist in training, artist, and co-facilitator of workshops at Verbindungsraum in Berlin. Alongside her theatre work with kids and adults, she performs as an actress and is passionate about making creativity accessible to everyone.

In her sessions, she wants to create a non-judgmental space where participants can reconnect with their impulses, explore new perspectives, and embrace so-called “mistakes” as part of the creative journey.
