Dear old friends Paul Jeffery and Phil Keys have been playing guitar and bass together since their college days and may very well have first played at The Dragon sometime in the 70s. When joined by Ed Steelefox on drums, musical ideas run out of the ground between the three of them like a spring of liquid sound.Playing mostly original songs of Paul’s creation, punctuated by a sprinkling of choice covers, this Sunday afternoon session promises to offer a box of delights to all present.
For fans of blues, folk, rock and psychedelia alike, the playful and affectionate way these players listen and respond to each other is often both meaningful and fun.
Free entry and no tickets needed. The music will be in the beer garden so do dress for warmth and come make The Dragon your home for a few hours on an autumnal Sunday afternoon.
