Find Your Flow is a laid-back afternoon of community, co-facilitated by Soph (Yoga Teacher & Wellness Coach) & Yaz (Digital Marketer & Creative Business Owner). This unique event is designed for space holders, creatives and anyone who's been feeling a bit disconnected - from themselves, from others, or from what truly lights them up.
It's not another wellness checklist or a performance. It's a chance to slow down, step away from the noise and get back into the body through various embodiment practices.
No pressure. No pretence.

Gentle arrival
Join us in this gorgeous hideaway in the Worcestershire countryside at 2pm for teas/coffees and connection.
Opening Circle
We’ll set intentions, check in with our body and breath, and land together. Expect calming breathwork, gentle movement, and a heart-opening opportunity for reflection.
Creative Exploration
Dive into a guided journaling experience around your core values, followed by a self-portrait session - be it through colour, pattern, texture or words. No artistic skill required. Just curiosity.
Sauna & Cold Dip Journey
A somatic experience led by you and whatever you need in this moment; whether you're looking to cultivate calm or uplift your energy levels - you’ll have the option to rotate through the hot and cold experience and bring balance to your nervous system.
Closing Circle + Yoga Nidra
We’ll gather for a gentle close, sharing what we feel called to, before a deep guided rest to integrate the afternoon. A moment to recognise yourself for showing up.
