About Carol (@the.zenbunny): A Hong Kong native now based in London, is a certified Sound Meditation Practitioner passionate about promoting mental wellbeing, whether in the workplace or personal life. Through her expertise, she crafts immersive, multi-sensory experiences, guiding groups and individuals on a journey of deep relaxation and inner exploration. Utilizing an array of instruments such as gongs, crystal/ singing bowls, ocean drums, koshi chimes, and more, she creates a symphony of sound that resonates within the soul. Carol integrates oracle card reading, breath work, and various techniques to facilitate a profound connection with oneself, engaging all the senses to unlock new possibilities and tap into the innate ability to heal and prepare for the journey ahead.
