Pie might be the ultimate multi-tool. Over the 30 years I’ve been making and sharing pies with friends, families, and oh-so-many other folks, I’ve learned that really good, homemade pie made with fresh ingredients (as locally-sourced and seasonal as possible) has the power to bring people together, elevate moods, create new connections, and even be used as barter for electrical work! It’s a simple, joyful, delicious pause in a day that can be savored solo or in the company of friends, for breakfast or a midnight snack, partnered with a good book, or shared on a date, and it never ceases to delight. I’m excited to be your Piebrarian, and I look forward to taking your orders, creating new flavor combinations, and accommodating your pie requests*! Just reach out and pie’ll** be there!
*While not certified gluten-free, I can make gluten-free pies, as well as vegan and sugar-free alternative pies!
