In this class, you’ll learn the right ratio of ingredients, and the correct mixing method to make an irresistible chocolate chip cookie with a gooey center and crispy edge. You’ll also learn how to add in different ingredients or modify the recipe to make your perfect chocolate chip cookie. This will be a recipe you keep in your recipe box for years to come!

Each attendee will go home with half a dozen freshly-baked cookies.
