This event is a community screening of the People's Emergency Briefing film, involving nine leading UK scientists and experts updating us on the latest in the climate and nature crisis and its impacts on everyday national life - Extreme weather, food security, health, cost of living and more.The evening will involve a brief introduction, 50 minute screening of the film and time after to discuss the film and issues flowing from it. What does it mean for our community? What can we do locally?
Doors open at 6pm for a 6:30pm start and it is envisaged to finish at 8:30pm. Teas and other refreshments will be available.
Donations to the host venue -- The Gathering Place - Dunoon Bunkhouse - who have provided this location free of charge may be made on the night and would be much appreciated.
Seats are free but limited so please book in advance.
