About this Event
Check-in is from 7:00–7:30pm. This experience is a sanctuary, a safe haven away from the noise. 1.5 hours of total bliss designed to help you pause, exhale, and be poured into.
We’ll gather in a cozy, Black woman owned creative space in Bed Stuy, set by candlelight and live harp.
The evening begins with a slow yoga flow and closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other percussion to help melt away stress and reset your nervous system.
