The breath that moves what has been sitting in your body for longer than you realised.
The breath that brings old emotional patterns to the surface so they can be processed instead of repeated.
This session is about clearing.
Clearing resentment you did not even realise you were holding.
Clearing emotional residue from conversations that never fully landed.
Clearing the subtle self-protection that keeps you braced, even when nothing is happening.
Transformational breathwork uses a more activating rhythm to work directly with the nervous system and stored emotional memory.
When we breathe in this way, we access the subconscious, the part of you that holds unfinished stress, old coping strategies, and emotional imprints from past experiences including our childhood.
This is where real shifts happen.
Not through thinking harder.
Not through analysing it again.
Through the body.

🌬️ Why Transformational Breathwork Can Be So Powerful
Transformational breathwork is more than relaxation. It’s an active, body-based practice designed to help release emotional tension and stress that can become stored in the body over time.
Research shows that intentional breathing can reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional wellbeing. This style of breathwork goes a step further by helping the body process what hasn’t fully moved through yet, especially when talking or thinking hasn’t been enough.
By using conscious, connected breathing, we gently shift the brain and nervous system into a different state. From here, the body can begin to release emotional build-up linked to stress, overwhelm, past experiences, or long-held patterns.
People often experience:
• Emotional release such as tears, laughter, or physical sensations
• A sense of lightness or clarity afterward
• Reduced stress and emotional reactivity
• A deeper connection to their body and inner awareness
• Insight or perspective without needing to analyse
You don’t need to relive or retell anything.
You don’t need to “know” what you’re releasing.
Your body responds in the way it needs to, when it feels safe enough to do so — and that’s where real, lasting shifts can begin.

This is a more active, body-based breathwork session designed to support emotional release.
Because of this, it may not be suitable if you experience
• Cardiovascular conditions
• High or unmanaged blood pressure
• A history of seizures, epilepsy, or aneurysms
• Severe asthma or chronic respiratory conditions
• Osteoporosis
• Certain medications
• Severe mental health conditions
• Pregnancy
If you’re unsure whether this session is right for you, please reach out. I’m happy to help you decide whether this or a more gentle option would be a better fit.
I alternate breathwork styles each month. Restorative Breathwork is a slower, calming session with no contraindications and may suit some bodies and seasons better, while still offering meaningful support.
There is always space for you to meet this work exactly where you are at & in a way that feels safe and supportive.
