About this Event
What happens when three women from the original initiative of the Women in Supply Chain come back together in 2026 to reflect, challenge assumptions, and reimagine what comes next?
This is more than a conversation about the past. It is a candid look at what it took to build WISC, what they experienced in the early days, and how their expectations were tested, refined, and in some cases completely reshaped.
From the beginning, this initiative was never about exclusion. It was about elevating leadership by expanding it. While women were the catalyst, engaging the predominantly male leadership across the industry was essential. The objective was clear. Encourage businesses to look around their own tables and recognize the strength already present. Women. Men. Youth. Professionals from underrepresented and marginalized groups. Talent with insight, capability, and measurable value to business performance.
WISC was built on the belief that inclusion is not symbolic. It is strategic. It strengthens decision-making. It improves resilience. It drives innovation. And it applies to businesses of all sizes, from emerging enterprises to global organizations.
Together, these three leaders will share the realities behind the momentum. What they assumed in the beginning. What altered those assumptions? What surprised them. What challenged them? What strengthened their conviction? And how those lived experiences now shape their view of 2026 and beyond.
Now, sitting in 2026, they will look ahead to 2030.
What does the next chapter of the WISC Association demand?
How must leadership evolve in an increasingly complex supply chain environment?
What role will technology, talent, and cross-generational collaboration play?
How do we ensure women are not only participating in the future of supply chain, but shaping it alongside engaged allies across the industry?
This session is for women and men. For emerging leaders and established executives. For youth entering the profession. For leaders committed to developing the full spectrum of talent within their organizations.
In the spirit of International Women’s Day and the theme "Give to Gain," this conversation is grounded in a simple yet powerful truth: when leaders share their history, lessons, and lived experience, the community gains clarity, confidence, and direction. Experience is not nostalgia. It is an instruction. It helps us understand where we have been, what has shifted, and how to navigate what lies ahead.
By giving shared wisdom, we gain the foresight required to move toward 2030 with purpose.
If you care about the future of supply chain, leadership, and the continued evolution of WISC, this conversation is one you will not want to miss.
