What’s Happening?
Ride for Free: Dozens of beautifully restored vintage buses and coaches will be running on historic routes throughout the city and surrounding villages.
Souvenir Programs: Pick up our official timetable and commemorative program to plan your day and support the Friends of King Alfred Buses (FoKAB) charity.
Accessibility: Please note that as these are genuine historic vehicles from the 1930s–70s, most are not low-floor and involve steps to board.
Support Us: While rides are free, we rely entirely on donations and program sales to keep these "Green Goddesses" on the road.
