General Terms & Conditions - Attending the Event

This ticket gives you one (1) entry into The Ordinary Unlocked Event hosted by DECIEM at Protein Studios, London, on the date you have selected (the “Event”). Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you. DECIEM reserves the right to (i) refuse entry of any attendee to this Event or to remove any attendee from this Event without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion; and (ii) recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by DECIEM, the Event venue or any other participants as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Neither DECIEM nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event, your attendance at the Event or any other aspect related thereto or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Facial Terms & Conditions

This ticket gives you one (1) facial experience at DECIEM’s Event hosted by DECIEM on the date and time slot you have selected (the “Facial Experience”). By selecting the Facial Experience, you release DECIEM UK LTD. (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partner esthetician, Event suppliers, and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Event and Facial Experience (collectively with the Sponsor, the “Event Parties”), and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with the Facial Experience, your participation therein and/or your acceptance, use or misuse of the Facial Experience or any portion thereof. You understand that the Facial Experience is a cosmetic procedure with risks and potential side effects, and you voluntarily wish to have the Facial Experience provided to you with knowledge of the potential side effects. You understand that any false information you provide may lead to undesirable consequences and affirm you will truthfully discuss your personal and/or medical history to your DECIEM partner esthetician. You further understand your failure to follow post care instructions may also lead to undesired results, complications or effects. You understand that the DECIEM partner esthetician does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive and release any and all present and future claims, suits or related causes of action against the Released Parties and DECIEM partner esthetician. You understand that you may have to complete and sign any applicable waiver, consent, liability and/or release form provided by the DECIEM partner esthetician before receiving your Facial Experience and must abide by all policies and procedures of the DECIEM partner esthetician. You declare that (i) you have reached the age of 16 years; (ii) you have read and will comply with these Facial Experience terms and conditions; and (iii) these terms and conditions and release above shall apply to and be binding on you and your heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not render the balance of these terms and conditions illegal, invalid or unenforceable. Bookings limited to 1 per person across the weekend. If you exceed this limit any additional bookings will be cancelled.

Eligibility for Receiving Discount Code

The Ordinary pop-up event email subscriber discount promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Customers from January 25, 2025 to January 26, 2025 during DECIEM’s pop-up event (the “Event”) operating hours (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is only available to individuals who (i) have a ticket to the Event hosted at Protein Studios, Shoreditch, 31 New Inn Yard, London; and (ii) subscribe to The Ordinary marketing emails at the Event (“Eligible Customers''). Eligible Customers will receive a one-time, single use 15% off unique promotion voucher (the “Discount Voucher”) to be used toward their next eligible The Ordinary purchase (see below Redemption of Discount Code). Limit is one (1) Discount Voucher per Eligible Customer. The Discount Voucher will be provided to Eligible Customers at the event.

Redemption of Discount Code

The Discount Voucher is valid for use only at the Event during Event operating hours or at The Ordinary, (London locations only) during store opening hours from the date Eligible Customers receive their Discount Voucher until March 26, 2025 (the “Discount Redemption Period”). The Discount Voucher (i) is not redeemable online; and (ii) may only be used on The Ordinary products. Eligible Customers must present their Event ticket and Discount Voucher at checkout in order to receive the Promotion. Limit is one (1) Discount Voucher redemption per Eligible Customer. Eligible Customers must provide the Discount Code at checkout in order to receive the discount.
