Part of a national movement, Kegels + Cocktails Brant is locally owned and co-founded by Sherri-Lyn Moore (Essential Physiotherapy & Wellness) and Krystal Schouten (Fitness Reset). We are proud to be part of the Kegels + Cocktails brand, founded by Kim Vopni, “The Vagina Coach,” that brings pelvic health education to communities nationwide. The Brant chapter launched in 2022 and has grown into a trusted space for informed, evidence-based conversations about pelvic health.
Investing in Women’s HealthA portion of proceeds will support the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation toward the purchase of a new mammogram machine — investing in women’s health at every stage of life.
