The Old Ellicott Cup is America's top bubble hockey tournament in the bubble hockey hotbed of Howard County, MD. If you love bubble hockey, then this is the event for you. TOEC celebrates everything that’s great about the game while looking to the future of competitive play. We won’t just line up for competition, we consider skill and excitement to come hand-in-hand.
