Shake it all out!
Get your legs loose the day before the race with our shakeout run. We will start (at 18:30) in front of the main entrance of the LUXEXPO for a very relaxed 4 km run.
Everybody is welcome to join!
FatBetty.Run is for free. It only costs you a smile 🙂
No registration needed. Just be there on Friday 15.05. some minutes before 18:30. That‘s it. 👍🏼
Bring your club, city or national flags.
We’ve got a bag drop – so you can leave your stuff with us and grab it again after the run.
We can't wait to share the energy with you all as we get one last run in together before race day! Rumour says if you participate at the shakeout run, you'll run a PB the next day 😉

It’s not about racing or pacing. It's about having some runfun together. If your main concern is how fast you can go, this is not the right place.
You should be able to run 4km with a pace of 6-7min/km.
At FatBetty.Run, we respect the traffic laws (“code de la route”) – for your own safety and the safety of the surrounding traffic.
We stop at red lights.
We cross streets at zebra crossings.
We use hand signals when changing direction.
We stay friendly with all other road users.
Don't bypass the "leitkuh" (our front runner)!
Don't even think about it.
If you run with us, you explicitly recognise the above rules.
