About this Event
This friendly, 10-week programme is open to all parents of children of prmary schools age.
The programme will help you understand:
- What appropriate expectations looks like at different ages
- How to develop children's self-esteem and personal identity
- The importance of good emotional health, both in ourselves as parents and in our children, and how to strengthen this
- How having positive relationships with our children support them to build healthy beliefs about themselves and others
- The ages and stages in children's development and how parents can help children solve problems at each of these points.
Who is it for?
Aimed at parents with children aged 3-10 years old.

These sessions are for parents/carers and other adult family members only. There is high demand for places on this programme. If you no longer need a ticket, please cancel it as soon as possible
