Monthly Theme - Owning Your Story
Your story is one of your greatest sources of strength. This month invites you to embrace every chapter — the messy, the meaningful, and everything in between. Through reflection and sharing, we’ll explore how your lived experience shapes your leadership, deepens empathy, and builds connection. Owning your story is how you step more fully into your power.
Each 120-minute gathering includes:
- 15- minutes of intentional networking.
- 15-minute opening
- A 60-minute guided conversation exploring the theme of the month.
- A member-led workshop on Vision with Intention
- A closing group share and circle to foster connection and clarity.
