This summer, we’re going beyond technique—because at Creative Hope, we believe in building humans first, dancers second.
Join us for a powerful 3-day workshop series designed to support your dancer from the inside out. These sessions will equip dancers with tools for nutrition, mindset, confidence, and personal growth—helping them not only perform at a higher level, but feel stronger, more connected, and more empowered in their dance journey.

🌿 Monday, August 17 – Nourish Your Body
Nutrition • Wellness • Self-Care
This foundational workshop introduces dancers to evidence-based nutrition and wellness practices. Dancers will explore how to properly fuel their bodies for performance, build balanced meals, and develop sustainable self-care habits. Topics include body gratitude, energy-boosting snacks, and creating a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
✨ Tuesday, August 18 – Dreams to Action
Goal Setting • Reflection • Confidence
This is not your average goal-setting session. Dancers will dive into the “why” behind their goals while learning how to create clear, actionable steps toward achieving them. Through journaling, visualization, and reflection, dancers will build confidence and clarity in both their dance journey and personal growth.
💛 Wednesday, August 19 – Befriending Your Dance Body
Body Image • Mindset • Confidence
A dancer favorite! This workshop introduces practical, evidence-based tools to support positive body image and mindset. Dancers will explore body neutrality, self-compassion, and resilience while learning how to shift their inner dialogue and build a healthier, more empowered relationship with their dance body.

Nicole Sabella is a multi-passionate dance professional who toured the world with the Mark Morris Dance Group for a decade. She is a dedicated dance educator, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, certified EFT Tapping Practitioner, and wellness workshop facilitator.
As the founder of The Nourished Dancer, Nicole has empowered dancers since 2020 through one-on-one coaching and workshops—providing practical tools and inspiration to help dancers thrive from the inside out.
