The Night You Finally Exhale..

I created this because I realized how many women are overwhelmed, emotionally tired, constantly thinking, constantly pouring into everyone else, and still trying to function like they’re okay.

I know that feeling personally.

This isn’t one of those super performative wellness events where you have to show up pretending to have it all figured out or be “healed.” I honestly just wanted to create a beautiful space where women could slow down for a few hours, breathe a little deeper, connect, and stop carrying everything alone for a moment.

Some women may open up. Some may just sit quietly and take it all in. Both are completely okay.

We’ll spend the evening slowing down together through conversation, grounding, reflection, and simple moments that help you come back to yourself a little.

We’ll also have honest conversations about confidence, identity, and how our style often reflects what we believe about ourselves.

You will leave with a few thoughtful things I picked out for the evening, reflection materials, and little pieces to support you after the gathering ends.

More than anything, I just want you to leave feeling lighter than when you came in.

If life has been life-ing lately, if your mind has been nonstop, or if you’ve just been needing a moment to reconnect with yourself again, this space was made with you in mind.
