A structured embodiment and reflection experience exploring where you may be over functioning, over giving, or over performing. Through intentional prompts and supported discussion, you will gain clarity and relief.

Energy Alignment:

A Reiki infused regulation session to anchor calm and coherence into your body. Subtle. Grounded. Deeply settling.

Outer Expression Activation:

A guided exploration of the connection between your internal state and how you show up externally.

Integration and Closing Circle:

A structured closing ritual where each woman is witnessed and affirmed, leaving grounded and clear.
