This special morning is all about slowing down, breathing and reconnecting — with yourself and each other. Expect a gentle, heart-opening flow featuring soft yoga led by Meg Wrenn, moments of meditation, a deeply relaxing sound bath by Aideen Carmichael and of course, the nourishing magic of cacao. Everything is accessible, welcoming, and suitable for all levels — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned wellness wanderer.
