*Inspired by the 2024 Flute Fair Guest Artist, Marianne Gedigian, the New York Flute Club is following her lead and will now refer to masterclasses as mastery classes. This change in naming not only places the focus of the class on the performers who are striving for mastery of their art, but also removes any negative connotations the word "master" implies.
**This program is organized by the NYFC and presented in collaboration with the Mannes School of Music at The New School.
