As the new year begins, many goals focus on physical achievement: more workouts, more effort, more doing. But true well-being needs more than discipline. It requires a nervous system that feels steady, supported, and regulated.
You can do everything “right” for your physical health: eat well, sleep well, take your yoga classes. Yet you still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This year, we’re offering a different kind of fresh start, one that challenges your practice while deeply supporting your mental and nervous-system health.
How the Reset and Challenge Works
1. SIGN UP
It’s FREE to join, just pay for your yoga.
The challenge begins January 12 and runs through February 12.
2. PRACTICE: Show up for your body.
Every yoga class you attend earns a sticker on our studio chart.
The more consistent you are, the more stickers (and the more progress) you’ll see.
3. PAUSE: Support your nervous system.
Each time you complete a small, calming daily reset (we’ll post suggestions, think breathwork, gentle stretching, journaling, meditation, hydration, etc.) you’ll get to color a section of our giant community mandala.
This shared artwork becomes a living expression of our collective movement toward balance.
4. WORKSHOPS: Earn extra stickers + extra support.
Throughout the challenge, we’ll offer several workshops designed to deepen your mental health and nervous system support. Each workshop you attend gives you bonus stickers and extra tools to reset from the inside out.
5. WIN PRIZES
Starting at 10 classes, and for every 5 classes above that, you’ll earn entries into our prize drawing.
10 classes = 1 entry
15 classes = 2 entries
20 classes = 3 entries
…and so on.
