About this Event

The New South Festival Singers present Tribute to the Black American Composer, honoring the rich legacy and lasting impact of Black voices in the American choral tradition. The program spans sacred and secular works, gospel and spirituals, and vibrant 21st-century compositions.

We are thrilled to welcome Atlanta composer and conductor B.E. Boykin with her acclaimed youth choir Kanjani, along with outstanding high school and college singers performing solo works by Black composers.
