Grief is a universal experience, yet one that is often silenced or avoided. In this session conducted in Cantonese, TNN will open up a compassionate conversation about what it means to grieve and how peer support groups can provide comfort and connection during such times. Through a discussion and guided interactive activities, you will gain practical tools for approaching conversations around grief, learn how to support someone who is grieving, and discover how shared stories can ease isolation.
This is a space to listen, reflect, and learn together, moving grief from a taboo into a conversation we can all take part in.
