About the facilitator:
Emmy, also known as the Mindful OT, has been curating unique retreats since 2017 within Broward County. She threads her background as a therapist into her offerings to facilitate specific experiences that will leave guests feeling inspired, grounded, empowered and recharged.
Emmy is a reiki practitioner, yoga teacher & Integrative Occupational Therapist who blends all tools, along with sound healing, to offer retreaters an unforgetable experience.
