Please join us for a new moon Goddess Circle. The intention of our Goddess Circle is to create a sacred space where women can come together to connect, support, and empower one another. It is a space to cultivate the Divine Feminine Energy that resides in each and every one of us. This practice is both sacred and ancient, and all are welcome to foster spiritual growth and create community.This Goddess Circle will draw from the power of the new moon to create a sacred and safe space of both releasing and manifesting through intention setting, ritual, gentle movement, and energy clearing. We will begin by outlining limited thoughts and beliefs that may be weighing heavily on the heart– frustration, shame, limiting beliefs. Then, we will draw from the energy of the new moon to create new beginnings. Through a series of gentle movements, energy release, and ritual participants will leave with clearly defined intentions in a supportive and healing community for women.

BIO:Dr. Kelly Concannon is a passionate guide in holistic healing, blending movement, energy work, and personal development to empower others on their journey to well-being. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Usui Reiki Master, she creates deeply transformative experiences through somatic embodied yoga, trauma-informed practices, and mindfulness techniques that restore balance to the nervous system.With a strong foundation in yoga and energy work, Kelly specializes in restorative, chair, and vinyasa flow styles, catering to individuals at all stages of their practice. Her dedication to service shines in her work with individuals in recovery, where she fosters healing through yoga, breathwork, and self-inquiry. As a lead teacher with Yoga 4 Change, she brings trauma-informed yoga to underserved communities, making mindfulness and movement accessible to those who need it most.Beyond the mat, Kelly is a facilitator of growth and transformation, leading workshops in goal setting, mindset training, and self-care. Her monthly community gatherings and book clubs create safe spaces for self-reflection and connection, exploring themes of resilience, gratitude, and intentional living.
