4-piece post-punk band, The New Cut blends the energy of The Fall, Wire, and The Monochrome Set with modern themes. Formed in 2021, the Bristol act has quickly gained momentum with successful releases, supporting Buzzcocks, Sprints, and The Bug Club, and landing on Green Man Festival’s 2024 emerging talent longlist. With the release of Valuable Customer and most recently, CHRS PCKHM, The New Cut are set to rise from local favourite to a new name in the UK post-punk scene.
