Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a severe, hormone-sensitive condition that affects up to 1 in 20 people who menstruate. Despite its impact, it remains underdiagnosed and poorly understood.

This evening is about cutting through the confusion. Dr Radytė will explain what’s happening in the brain during PMDD, how it differs from PMS, what the science is telling us about treatment, and what this means for those living with the condition. Whether you experience PMDD yourself, support someone who does, or work in health and research, this talk is designed to give you clarity, context, and space for questions.
