The Nest is a monthly support group for women impacted by domestic and family violence – whether they’re currently experiencing it, have experienced it in the past, or are supporting someone who has.
It’s a safe, welcoming space to connect with others, access support services, hear from guest speakers, and take part in gentle activities focused on healing, strength, and empowerment.
Hosted at the Gunida Gunyah Community Hub, The Nest offers light refreshments and a relaxed, culturally safe environment where women can feel heard, supported, and not alone.
