We will take a mindful walk in a paved trail (Washington Old Dominion Trail or W&OD) in Reston, VA for about 2 miles.

Preparation Tips
• Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before the session
• Wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring bottled water, eye mask and lip balm for comfort in case of dry lips due to breathwork.
• Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Feel free to bring your own.
