Sometimes when you don’t have the words to express your feelings engaging with art can be a helpful tool. Junk Journaling is a form of art where you take ordinary/ common materials and give them a second life - another chance to be something new - and it reminds us that we to, can begin again.
You’re welcome to bring your own journal and supplies however, we will also have journals and supplies for everyone. No experience is necessary. This event is created with adults in mine but anyone who is interested in junk journaling is welcome no matter their age. Art is for everyone!
