Find collaborators, friends & healing!
About this Event
This monthly meetup series is for creatives & visionaries of all flavors to connect across disciplines, find fellow conspirators, and receive tools for healing & building resilience on the path to bringing your innovative & unconventional visions to life.
This month, we're diving into the potential root causes of your imposter syndrome and how you can use mind-body, somatic & imagination-based tools to help you put an end to feeling "less than"... so that you can boldly put your work out there in the world!
What we'll cover
- A body-based mindfulness practice to help you shed the stress from your busy week, relax & release
- Semi-structured networking (with questions that take you beyond small talk!)— meet a new friend or future collaborator!
- Invoking the Muse: Ending Imposter Syndrome
