ABOUTThe Movement Rendez-Vous are somatically-informed dance classes. They encourage a shared exploration of movement’s multiple aspects—somatic, technical, poetic, communal, and playful. Each class begins with gentle, guided warm-ups based on functional anatomy and imagery, creating space for body awarness, creative exploration, and collective attunement.
We then build up towards a dynamic groove, creative explorations, floorwork phrases, and partnering scores inspired by contact improvisation, physical theatre and choreographic composition.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
These sessions are open to movers from all movement backgrounds, curiosity and levels.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A safe, friendly bilingual space for improvisation, choreographic phrases, joyful movement, collective energy, and contemplative solo practices. Individually, you’ll develop an experiential understanding of your anatomy in motion, improving coordination, phrasing, and rhythm to enhance movement flow and 3D spatial awareness. Collectively, you'll connect creatively through movement and guided group work, contributing to the shared groove and dance.
