We come together to uplift one another, share real moments, and bond during the most challenging and transformative times. At The Motherhood Lounge, you’re never alone; we will continue to grow in motherhood, together!

Join The Motherhood Lounge for a special Mommy & Me Swim Class; a heartwarming gathering for Black mothers and their little ones to connect, splash, and build community. This event offers a safe and joyful space to bond with your child and meet other moms in the Phoenix area.
Whether you're a new mom or a seasoned parent, this class welcomes all ages and swim levels. Come as you are; no experience needed, just bring your love, energy, and swimwear!
What to Bring:
- Water-appropriate clothing
- Towels
- Swim diapers (for little ones not potty trained)
- Floaties for children if needed
- Water shoes
- An open mind and heart to meet a new mom friend 💛
All ages welcome. Registration is required.
