This sacred circle is created exclusively for expectant mothers and mothers of young children who are navigating the beautiful, cataclysmic shift of motherhood. Whether you are currently carrying your baby inside your womb or holding your little ones earthside, this space is for the woman who loves her family fiercely but is quietly losing herself in the daily rush.

Wednesdays are culturally designed for rushing, scheduling, and slipping straight into survival mode, trying to meet deadlines for the weeks end. But as a mother, you are the spiritual thermostat of your home. If your cup is bone-dry and your mind is a chaotic storm of invisible guilt and exhaustion, your entire household holds its breath. You cannot pour love into your children from an empty place. This is an outdoor, nature-based experience. In the event of rain, the session will be postponed, and you will receive an email notice with a rescheduled date. This sets the expectation beautifully right from the start.
What to bring: Please bring whatever makes your body feel most supported. A yoga mat is perfect if you like a flat baseline, but we highly recommend bringing a meditation cushion, a thick pillow, or a rolled blanket to elevate your hips. If you love direct contact with the earth, you are more than welcome to sit directly on the grass to root your energy!

We establish the energetic connection between you and your child.
If pregnant: Look inward to visualize the shared sanctuary between mommy and baby, breathing as one. If baby is earthside: Use a deep visualization to call back your scattered energy and recharge your shared frequency.
Step 2: The Binding
The heart of our Metta (Loving-Kindness) practice. We weave a golden cord of unconditional love, patience, and fierce compassion around your own spirit. As mothers, you bind yourselves to your children’s needs every day; here, we intentionally bind you back to your own goodness, worth, and inner light.
Step 3: The Clearing Reset
We conclude with a powerful, releasing grounding process. Feet on the grass beneath the garden trees, you will consciously clear away mom-guilt, comparison, and mental clutter—leaving the heavy shadows behind so you can step into your week with a clear slate.

STROLLER ARRIVAL & LOCATION GUIDE
Info: Where to Meet This Wednesday at 9:30 AM. We will be gathering outdoors on the beautiful, lush grounds of the Civic Garden Complex (625 Springbank Dr). To make your arrival completely stress-free with a stroller, look for me here:
The Meeting Point: We will set up on the smooth, shaded grass area directly adjacent to the main paved walkways near the central gazebo and ponds. This area gives you a flat, solid baseline for your mats while keeping your strollers safely tucked right beside you.
Stroller Accessibility: The entire path from the main parking lot to our gathering circle is fully paved, smooth, and wheelchair/stroller accessible. There are no steep stairs or rough terrain to navigate, so you can wheel your little ones right up to our meditation space with ease.
What to Bring: Bring your yoga mat, a thick cushion or blanket for comfortable seating, and any toys or snacks your little ones might need.
