About this retreat
This is a sacred container to explore the sacred bond between mother and daughter through both individual and shared journeys.
Mothers will be guided into the deeper wisdom of the Mother archetype; learning to balance care for others with soulful self-devotion, while reconnecting with the desires of their inner Maiden.
Daughters will step into their own becoming, gently initiated into the sacred phase of Maidenhood through creative expression, emotional reflection, and a powerful Rite of Passage Ceremony.
Together, you’ll learn to communicate with clarity, compassion, and presence.
You’ll explore how to honour each other’s boundaries, understand emotional needs, and meet one another not through roles or expectations, but as whole beings, curious, evolving, and worthy of being seen.
This is a journey of remembering: how to speak with love, listen with empathy, and walk forward side by side; not just as mother and daughter, but as soul mirrors.
About Carla Jenkins – I’m a Soul Queen
I’m Carla: an empowering guide for emotionally exhausted women who feel lost and disconnected.
As a Reiki Master, Light Language Sound Therapist, and Self-Expression Coach, my mission is to guide women in rediscovering their real, raw, and wild selves by embracing their most authentic expression.
I believe in the transformative power of embracing our shadow selves.
Those parts we’ve been taught to hide or suppress.
Through unapologetic self-expression, I guide women to reclaim their truth, unmask their vulnerabilities, and transform perceived flaws into their greatest sources of strength.
My work is not about achieving some idealised version of self, but about honouring the messy, wild, and organic parts of us that make us real and human.
With a deep understanding of the emotional struggles that come with disconnection and low self-worth, having walked this journey back home to myself after 35 years of feeling unheard, misunderstood, and constantly seeking validation through people-pleasing and pretending to be someone who I believed others wanted me to be.
My mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping you reconnect with your raw and empowered self.
This is an intimate retreat limited to 8 persons or 4 mother daughter couples
