About this Event
Ladies! We are going outside! Join us at The Mansion Steps in Roundhay Park for Steps and Solutions where we will be led by Magdelena from Magdelena's magik to open and close the session. This isn’t just a walk—it’s a reset, a realignment, and a space to move with purpose.
After the welcome, and goal setting for the month, we start by setting intentions: what you’re calling in, what you’re working through, and what needs solving.
Then we step into motion—walking, talking, connecting, and getting clear on real solutions together; closing out with guided meditation to ground it all, lock in your energy, and send you into the week focused, calm, and already in motion.
How the session works this month:
- Welcome to the new members with a very non-cringe icebreaker to introduce you to the group.
- Members are invited to share their goals for the month. Speak up, you never know who in the community has the resources or connections you need to help you achieve it.
- 10 min guided intention setting with Magdalena from Magdalena's Magik to get you in the mindset for our walk.
- Walk and talk with honest conversations and collective problem-solving built around helping each other to progress to the next level.
- Finishing with a 10 minute guided intention setting for our next session.
