The Mom Edit is an in-person afternoon designed to help you come back to yourself. It's part reset, part connection, part pure joy, and you deserve every minute of it!
In a season of life that asks so much of you, this is your permission slip to pause, breathe, sweat, and simply be.... surrounded by other moms who completely get it.
Here's what your afternoon looks like:
🌊 Hydrotherapy Circuit — Infrared sauna, red light therapy (only in the semi-private experience) & cold plunge to help your body release tension, reduce inflammation, and feel genuinely restored from the inside out.
🧘 Movement Class — A 45-minute yoga/Pilates strength and flow session that meets you exactly where you are. Move your body in a way that feels good.
🌬️ Rhythmic Breathing in Community — Come back to your breath alongside other moms in a guided session that calms your nervous system and reconnects you to yourself.
🥤 Fresh Juice + Healthy Snacks — Real food, good conversation, and the rare luxury of eating something slowly.
💐 Make Your Own Flower Bouquet — Because you should go home with something beautiful. A little creativity, a little calm, and flowers you arranged with your own hands.
This is a 3.5-hour pocket of time that will remind you who you are outside of the roles you carry. Come as you are. Leave feeling like you again.

We have two experience offers to suit different comfort levels and budgets:
🌿 The Community Experience You'll move through the hydrotherapy circuit with a small group, up to 4-6 people in the infrared sauna together, followed by the cold plunge room where there are 4 tubs shared in one space. It's a beautiful way to experience the afternoon alongside other moms and lean into the community energy of the event.
✨ The Semi-Private Experience You and one other person have exclusive access to your own private room for the sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy a more intimate, quieter version of the hydrotherapy circuit. Perfect if you're coming with a friend and want that one-on-one space, or if you simply prefer a more personal and quiet environment.
Both ticket options include everything else: yoga/Pilates strength, rhythmic breathing session, fresh juice and snacks, and flower bouquet. The only difference is your hydrotherapy experience.
