Biohacking Beauty & Beyond is part of The Modems’ ongoing events series examining how technology, science and culture are transforming women’s health, longevity and performance. This edition will explore the rise of biohacking - from hormone optimisation and metabolic health to mental resilience, beauty from within and the future of personalised wellness.
The panel will unpack what biohacking really means in 2026, which tools are worth your time (and money), how to optimise energy, sleep and focus without burnout, and where the line lies between empowerment and excess.
