About this Event
Missing middle housing refers to medium-density housing, which includes duplexes, triplexes, multiplexes generally up to eight units, townhouses, stacked townhouses, and lowrise apartment buildings up to six storeys.
These housing types are considered "missing" as we've mostly build lowrise detached houses, larger midrise and highrise buildings, and very little in between in the Greater Toronto Area over the last few decades.
The Missing Middle Summit is perfect for:
- Missing middle housing developers who want to connect with more designers, consultants, lenders, and builders;
- Aspiring missing middle housing developer who want to break into the industry;
- Homeowners who want to renovate or redevelop their properties as missing middle housing; and
- Designers, consultants, lenders, and builders who want to connect with current and aspiring missing middle housing developers.
Is that you? Come through.
