We'll start with a 30-minute run or walk. There are no winners or losers. Following the run/walk we'll gather for 45 minutes of yoga. Whether you have never done a downward facing dog or you've mastered handstands, this practice is for anyone and everyone. Lastly, we'll finish with 15 minutes of guided meditation that will clear your mind and relax your body.Please join us as we come together for this fun filled and challenging experience for your mind, body and spirit.
