Join Chrissy for this 2-hour workshop where we will explore journaling and writing techniques to help connect with ourselves, process emotions and cultivate an inner peace. Beginning with a guided meditation, we’ll slowly let go of the critic, as we settle into a state of non-judgmental personal expression on the page. Utilizing several styles of journaling, we’ll find our inner voice and nurture kindness as we explore dreams, connections to our inner child, as well as a chronological map to our deepest why’s and the stubborn resistance that keeps us from shining our brightest lights. This workshop will include: guided meditation, slow micro-movements, journaling prompts and a soothing sound bath to end the practice of generous, heart-centered expression. There will be no pressure to share the written word, unless desired. This is an instructional workshop to develop and/or deepen an existing journaling practice. Hand-painted journals & pens are provided to use and take home.
