About this Event

The Mind Laundry: Women’s Wellbeing Day

A women’s wellbeing day for those who perhaps seem fine on the outside but feel a bit hormonal, tired, stressed, or just not quite yourself.

This is a small, relaxed in-person day to slow down, clear your head, and feel more like yourself again.

Along the way, you’ll learn some genuinely practical things to help you:

• understand your mind a bit better & why we behave the way we do under stress

• be less hard on yourself and find more self compassion (how to communicate with that negative voice in your head to get it to be quiet!)

• feel calmer (I’ll show you how it’s possible to meditate with chocolate and drop the guilt)

• and find simple ways to actually recharge (without overcomplicating it)

No pressure. No oversharing unless you want to. No trying to be perfect.

Just a calm, honest space to step out of everyday life, have a laugh, connect with new people and make some positive steps towards improving how you feel.

I’m Joanne from The Mind Laundry, a hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, meditation teacher and life coach.

I love helping people overcome mental blocks to living their life to the full and especially around overcoming their fears and gaining confidence … I’ve been running a women’s wellbeing group in Prestwick since 2022, so creating relaxed, supportive spaces like this is very much my thing. And this is a full day to share more ways to help yourself. And have some fun and cake in the process!

Come as you are. Leave feeling better and knowing you’ll have helped yourself and other women!
