Why do we need to support our gut health?
Have you ever been encouraged to 'trust your gut'? Part of that 'gut feeling' is a scientifically proven concept called the gut-brain axis, which has a profound effect on our bodies.
A healthy gut is essential for our overall health, with 70% of the immune system located in the gut and 95% of serotonin (the happy hormone) produced in the gut.
Your gut microbiome also influences your energy levels, sleep quality, mood, skin, hormones and metabolism.
Ready to learn how to transform your gut health?
I can't wait to see you there!
