The Midyear Embodiment Series: Returning • Pausing • Becoming
Across the summer months, Melissa and Ann invite you into a three‑part intentional series designed to support your inner landscape as the year unfolds. Each experience blends intention setting, somatic awareness, yoga‑based movement, and breathwork — offering a spacious, supportive arc of recalibration.
Rather than a rapid sequence, this series unfolds slowly, with each session held about a month apart. This pacing allows you to integrate what arises, live with your insights, and return to each gathering with a deeper layer of presence.
Together, the three experiences form a journey: a return to yourself → a sacred pause → a becoming. You may join one or move through the full arc. Either way, you’ll be held in a space that honors your body’s wisdom, your breath, and your inner voice.
