Hi, we are Jen, an Ayurvedic acupuncturist, marmapuncture practitioner and holistic therapist, and Kat, a naturopathic nutritionist and certified menopause coach.
We believe that perimenopause is more than just a phase - it’s an invitation to reset, realign and reconnect with who you truly are. It’s a time to listen to your body and set the course for a healthy future! It may mark the end of one chapter, but it’s also the beautiful beginning of a stronger, wiser, more authentic YOU!
