🔥 5:30 PM: TOUGH20 - We’ll jump right into 20 creative, non-stop exercises in just 20 minutes! This fast-paced class targets your core from every angle to build core stability, improve posture, and get you functional-fit.
Both classes are at Crunch Ann Arbor!
