The Midday Reset is a gentle, guided meditation experience designed to help you release mental clutter, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity.
Each session may include light breathing, guided meditation, intention setting, and a few moments for reflection or sharing. While the meditation itself is typically 20–30 minutes, the full hour allows space to slow down, settle in, and integrate the experience.

About the facilitator
Nika Solé is a second-generation Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher who has been active in the healing arts since 2013. She has traveled worldwide offering healing work, yoga instruction, and meditation classes, supporting students in cultivating deeper connection, balance, and presence.
Through her teachings and writing, Nika has built a global community of over 100,000 students and followers, known for her ability to share accessible, embodied practices that bridge energy work, movement, and modern life. Her approach is grounding, intuitive, and deeply supportive, inviting clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and nervous system.
Nika currently offers private and group yoga and meditation classes in Orange County, California.
